Flexi Schooling - Home Education - After School - Holiday Camps - Adults
Flexi Schooling

Flexi-schooling is an official arrangement between a parent and a school where a child is registered as a full-time student but attends school part-time, with the remaining time spent being educated at home. Many children who are flexi schooling benefit from spending time in a natural, low demand environment such as Forest School. This environment provides a safe, secure and social space which gives them autonomy and choice.

W.I.L.D run Forest School sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10.30/11.30 - 2.30, for children who are Flexi Schooling or Home Educated. We also offer trial sessions every month if you would like to try it out and meet our team of Forest School Leaders.
You can also call us to discuss your childs' individual needs with a team member on 07495734274

Home Education

Many families choose to Home Educate their children from birth, some from post early years and some from primary or secondary school.
In autumn 2024, 2,222 pupils were recorded as home-educated in Scotland, a figure which has been steadily increasing, with a significant 40% jump in just two years. These figures represent pupils receiving a full-time education outside of the traditional school system and are reported to local authorities by families who are then required to seek approval from the local authority.

After School Forest School

Many children who spend a full day in the school environment benefit from spending time in a natural, low demand environment such as Forest School. This environment provides a safe, secure and social space which gives them autonomy and choice. It's a great chance to play in nature, blow of steam and reset.

W.I.L.D run After School Forest School sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 3.45 - 5.45 including collections from Netherlee, Battlefield and Langside Primaries.
We also offer trial sessions every month if you would like to try it out and meet our team of Forest School Leaders.
